Coronavirus ( COVID-19 ) Update from Teac USA

As the impact of the Coronavirus ( COVID-19 ) is felt around the world we we want to share the actions we are taking to help keep our employees, customers, partners, and communities healthy and safe.

At TEAC U.S.A., we continue to monitor the situation closely and are doing our best to make decisions on facts and data, as they become available. We are emphasizing the importance of following the guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ( CDC ) and World Health Organization ( WHO ) for reducing the spread of COVID-19.

As of today, we are working to provide “Business as Usual” services from our Sales, Marketing, Order, Accounting, Credit, Customer Care and Customer Service departments but this week many if not all of our employees will begin working from home. The following three functions will be affected:

  • All spare parts orders and parts shipment handling will be suspended until further notice
  • Parts and Services support is provided via E-mail only.

For all other our Customer Support Service the normal contact methods will not change. However, depending on volume response rates may be slower.
